We make sure that all products and services are in top condition before we release is to our clients. All our items are non-refundable with exceptions to special cases but that would need a management approval.
Cancellation of Orders are allowed except for Pre-Order Items that requires a downpayment. You can cancel your order (regular stock items) until only before shipping or before payment of regularly stock items.
We do not allow item exchange.
Each unit is given a 7-day replacement period for any factory defects. Warranty is void. Warranty is void once item/s is/are damage due to misuse, negligence, act of God, water and other fortitious events.
Some units have 3-months to 1-year warranty on its electrical parts (motor, battery, controller). Warranty is void once item/s is/are damage due to misuse, negligence, act of God, water and other fortitious events.
Some units have 1 year to 2 years of Free After Sales Service which covers only labor. Parts needed for repair for units deemed not qualified for a warranty will have a cost shouldered by the client.
