Local Services & Test Rides

Where can I get my e-bike or e-scooter serviced if I need to?

Servicing a Pro Group e-bike & scooter unit is very easy. Simply let us know in any of our online channels the issue and we will arrange for the pick-up and timeframe for the repair/ maintenance of your unit.

Where can I take a test ride?

You can do test ride in our main showroom here at SC Building, 2313 Taft Avenue, corner Castro, Malate, Manila, 1004 Metro Manila. It is for free, daily from 8am – 8pm.

Shipping & Assembly

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the Philippines and we offer 100% Free Shipping within Metro Manila. For same-day delivery we arrange shipping via third-party couriers. For areas outside Metro Manila we arrange for the cheapest logistics option.

But preferably, we redirect our customers to our Shopee & Lazada shops for cheaper and discounted delivery rates.

How long does it take to ship?

We offer same-day delivery as long as it makes our cutoff of 6pm, daily.

For other methods such as Lazada & Shopee, it usually takes anywhere between 3 – 7 days depending on the distance from the logistics center in Metro Manila.

Can I assemble and units from Pro Group e-bike & scooter myself?

100%, yes. Each of our unit comes with their own assembly guide and manual to ensure that you become familiarized and knowledgeable about your unit. 

All units are designed to be easy to set-up, but attention to detail must be very good to ensure all working parts are installed correctly. Usually the DIY assembly takes 30 – 45 minutes to complete.

Why are your e-bikes & e-scooters expensive?

Firstly, it is not expensive if you take into account the premium benefits included in each purchase such as the 7-Day Parts/ Unit Replacement, 1-Year Parts Warranty, plus 1-Year After Sales Service. That is actually a bargain!

Each product we sell in our shop and online stores ensures the best possible experience for our customers. This means we put quality first and worry about the rest later.

How much does your electric bike and scooters cost?

On average your budget should be from ₱18,000.00 – ₱150,000.00. And yes it’s like purchasing a brand new motorcycle or buying a secondhand car. But the upside is our products are fuel-free and made for modern-day transportation requirements, easy to carry, portable, and flexible.

Can I get a discount?
