Refund Policy
All our items are non-refundable with exceptions to special cases, but that would need management approval.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of orders is allowed except for Pre-Order Items that require a downpayment.
- You can cancel your order (regular stock items) only before shipping or before payment of regularly stocked items.
Exchange Policy
We do not allow item exchange.
